The BOC Transformers collide with still winless Coast Guard Lady Dolphins at 4 p.m. with the former determined to improve their 3-2 card.

The Water Defenders, on the other hand, are out to gain a share of second place with Pocari Sweat when they tangle with the Laoag Power Smashers at 6 p.m.

BaliPure is on a roll, winning its last three games after dropping its opening game.

Its latest win was a 25-13, 25-23, 25-17 triumph over University of the Philippines which it hopes will give the team the extra zest.

But BaliPure coach Thai Bundit expects close and interesting duel with the Power Smashers.

Imports Kate Morrell and Kaylee Manns will again carry the load for the Water Defenders. The two are currently running in fourth in the Best Scorer race.

Out to provide stability to the team are former Ateneo standouts Amy Ahomiro, Dzi Gervacio, and libero Denden Lazaro.

Former Most Valuable Player Grethcel Soltones, Jorelle Singh, Chie Saet, and Aiko Urdas spearhead Laoag’s bid.

To beat BaliPure, Laoag must regain its old fire after losing to Pocari Sweat, 25-13, 25-20, 26-24 loss to Pocari Sweat two days back.

Scoring leader Alyssa Valdez is once again expected to provide the spark for Customs which is out to create an impact on its maiden campaign.
